Ashtabula Area City Schools - $78 Million

6-year, multi-phase program. New 105,000 SF Junior High School. Five new 35,000 SF elementary schools constructed on a single 80-acre campus. Abatement and demolition of three existing buildings. A landmark program for the region.

East Cleveland City Schools - $105 Million

Preconstruction services including full design phase review, cost estimating, and bid packaging. Post-construction and closeout management, including resolution of masonry remediation issues at the new high school.

Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools - $73 Million

2-year program. New 175,000 SF High School and Performing Arts Center. New 55,000 SF Elementary School.

Alliance City Schools - $60 Million

5-year program. New 107,000 SF Middle School. New 58,000 SF Elementary School. Additions and renovations to two existing elementary schools. Complete renovation of a 300,000 SF high school while occupied over three academic school years. Demolition of four existing buildings. Major asbestos abatement.

Geneva High School - $38 Million

New 175,000 SF high school on a challenging site requiring significant soil remediation prior to construction. Delivered in 2 years.

Lisbon Exempted Village Schools - $35 Million

3-year program. Major addition and renovation to an existing grades 6–12 building. Addition to and renovation of an existing elementary school. Residential demolition to accommodate new construction and bus circulation.

East Liverpool City Schools - $34 Million

3-year program. Renovations to a 200,000 SF occupied high school over two academic school years. Renovations and additions to two occupied elementary schools. Major asbestos abatement.

Hebrew Academy of Cleveland - Oakwood Campus - $17 Million

2-year program. 105,000 SF elementary school addition to an historic, landmark building while the existing school was occupied.

Hebrew Academy of Cleveland - South Taylor Campus - $8.5 Million

Complete renovation of a 106,000 SF occupied grades K–6 school building, including full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, and exterior envelope replacement — delivered over a single academic school year.

Garfield City Schools - $8 Million

8,000 SF Performing Arts Center addition to the existing high school. A high-profile addition requiring careful acoustic and structural coordination. Played a key role in jump-starting a project that had been delayed due to design and budget issues for several years.

Grand Valley Local Schools - $2.5 Million

Remediation of failing asphalt, building envelope, and structural systems. A focused, results-oriented program restoring a community facility.
