About Column Management
Column Management is a Northeast Ohio owner’s representative, construction management, and general contracting firm with deep roots in educational and institutional construction. Led by owner Benjamin Pintabona, the firm brings a rare combination of senior-level expertise and hands-on engagement to every project, large or small.
Our track record includes more than 50 schools, higher education facilities, religious institutions, and commercial projects across Northeast Ohio and beyond. We have managed programs ranging from $2.5 million building envelope renovations to $105 million multi-phase school district programs, always with the same focus: protect the owner’s interests, deliver on the schedule, and build it right.
Leadership
Benjamin Pintabona has spent 45 years in the construction industry building a reputation for technical expertise, owner advocacy, and results. His career spans leadership roles as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager where he oversaw large and complex projects. Ben also spent nearly three decades as owner and manager of Pintabona Construction, Inc., a general contracting firm serving Northeast Ohio.
Over the course of his career, Ben has exercised direct oversight of more than $750 million in projects, managing everything from preconstruction estimating and schedule development to multi-contractor field coordination and final closeout. He is known for bringing both the technical rigor of a seasoned construction executive and the personal commitment of an owner-operator to every client relationship.
